We also offer a wide range of classes in our studio, which are also available to non-members. Alternatively, relax in Suffolk’s only floatation tank or treat yourself to one of our beauty or reflexology therapies. If you are looking for an idyllic space to work for you or your team we have beautiful meeting rooms available too.
