Studio

Located on the first floor at Space at the Quay, the studio offers a wide range of classes with experienced instructors, from indoor cycling to Yoga from Box and Barre fit to Pilates. We are constantly refreshing our classes and introducing new instructors who are specialists in their field. Some classes are free of charge to members of Seasons Health Club but we welcome non-members too.

 If you are a fitness instructor and you are interested in renting some Space at the Quay for one of your classes please feel free to contact us. We have Space available at a rate of £10 per hour.

My yoga journey commenced several years ago when I started attending a local Hatha yoga style class. I have since practiced yoga on a daily basis and enjoy the increased flexibility (which I really have to work at!) and core strength but also the positive emotional well-being aspects.

Yoga is for everybody, the ethos being based on acceptance, non-judging and values each person’s uniqueness. The ability to be present in the moment and achieving a deeper state of consciousness and awareness, continue to be my goals. I very much look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to my class.

Josephine Smith

Josephine has worked in the fitness industry since 2014 and teaches a variety of classes. She has always enjoyed being physically active and loves the fact she now helps others do the same.

Josephine is qualified to Level 3 as a Personal Trainer and is also a member of Seasons Health Club, situated on the first floor.

Josephine teaches classes for Seasons Members and non members. She offers a range of classes but if there is a class you would like us to add just let us know.

Josephine is experienced in:

Fitness Pilates, Clubbercise, Group Cycling, Barre Fitness, Bounce Dancefit, Blockfit, Kettlebells, BodyBalance (les mills),BodyAttack (les mills), Sh’bam (les mills),RPM (les mills)
