Located on the ground floor at Space at the Quay, Seasons Health Club is one of a kind and we are proud to be different. We provide health and personal training for all ages and abilities in our health club. Combining fun with challenging fitness programmes, our trained team are with you every step of the way providing nutritional assistance and rehabilitation for complex injuries. Membership starts from £40 per month. Unlike a lot of gyms, we have NO joining fee and NO lock-in period.

Cam

Seasons Personal Trainer Cam has been enthusiastic about sport and fitness all of his life and has a particular passion for Rugby and NFL. Cam has been at Seasons for two and half years. Qualifications Degree in sports development and coaching. Cam has also achieved a Masters and hopes to have his dissertation published. His Masters provided research into academy footballers experience with pain and injury.

Charlie

Seasons Personal Trainer Charlie is a keen footballer and currently plays for Beccles Caxton FC. Charlie has a passion for all sports, but especially team sports including cricket, football and more recently golf. Qualifications A’ level - Physical Education & Food Technology Qualified to Level 2 Personal Training Studying Level 3 Personal Training Experience This is Charlie’s first role in Fitness Training and he has already assisted members to improve their techniques and provided dietary guidance.

Josephine

Seasons Personal Trainer & Studio Instructor Josephine has a passion for fitness and has worked in the fitness industry for over 6 years. Josephine is always active and enjoys walking, paddle boarding and making her own YouTube Videos. Qualifications Qualified to Level 3 Personal Training Qualified Instructor in Pilates/Group Cycling/ Barre Fitness/Bounce Dancefit/ Kettlebells/Body Balance/Body attack/Sh’Bam. Experience Josephine has a wide range of experience and you can find her in the gym or taking one of her classes upstairs in the Studio. Make sure you take a look at the latest classes available.

Keats

Apprentice Personal Trainer Keats (yes named after the famous poet) is Seasons Apprentice. Keats has already made an impact at Seasons with his determined approach. Qualifications Level 3 (extended) Diploma in Sport at Eastern College Level 2 fitness training at Eastern College Studying Level 3 Personal Training Experience Keats was in the Norwich City Football Academy until the age of 15. He has a passion for football and currently plays for Beccles Football Club.

Ellen

Seasons Trainee (Saturdays Only)

Ellen is the youngest member of the team and is still completing her A levels, so she is in the gym on Saturdays only. Ellen loves everything about Sport and has been a keen runner since she was 9. Ellen is a member of the Black Dog Running Club in Bungay.
